I put to much polyurethane on my bar and its been to months and is not good?

and dry is there anything i can put on it to harden it up

I'm sorry to say that I think you're going to need to strip it and begin again.

Do you have it drying in optimum conditions? You might want to give it awhile longer. If it's in the garage where there is no heat and if you live in a cold winter climate you might see some progress now that it's warmed up. You might try taking your blow dryer or other heat source to one corner and see if you can do anything to get one area to harden before you start stripping and sanding.
