I quit video games but I still think about them once in a while

Question

Well I quit video games and I had started by not having any interest in playing so I sold my console and everything. Now once in a while I think back about them and I miss them, usually i talk myself through it by saying things about them that comfort me in my decision on quiting them.

Is this how all addictions play through?

Buy quitting you must experience some kind of harm video games cause you ?

If you really want to quit what you did is correct, sell them away, no see no touch

once a while you  think of it  but to forget totally is toiugh and not practical, so sionce you taken first step in disposing away the hardware, now just let time help you to forget the rest
