I'm ******* panicking, I know why but its way to long to post here, I don't know what to do, I can't take this, I'm so scared right now

  1. I don't know what you are so scared about, but I will try and help you. It doesn't really matter what the reason is that you are so scared.

    You have grown up feeling that things are "happening" to you, such as a very scared feeling you are getting now.

    You feel that this is beyond your control - and it is just not.

    What I want you to do (for the first time in your life), is just try and FEEL what this feeling of "scared" really feels like - not just BEING scared, but to feel the feeling. Once you can do this, the feeling will dissipate for the illusion that it really is.

    It may take a bit of practice, but don't give up - it WILL work.

  7. alright, listen to me. don't do anything harsh or drastic! stop what you're doing.. take a deep breath.. count to ten and repeat.. email if you have any questions.. things will be ok!

  8. First of all, take a few deep breathes. You've got a lot going on, and you may just need to calm down a little before you can address it all. It sounds to me like you have several issues that are all adding up to cause you great distress. Do you have an aunt, older cousin, teacher, counselor or good friend you can just talk to? You need someone to act as a sounding board for all of these emotions that you are having. I don't know ur age, so I can't guess how involved you are with your girlfriend. But seeing as you have so much else going on, let me just say that "Forever" is a long time. Take things slow and tell her that while you care for her, you can't say "forever" right now with everything else that's going on and you need to focus on being there for your little sister right now. The mental laziness sounds like depression to me. You lack clarity and focus and don't desire to act on things that once gave you great pleasure right? Beginnings of a depression... BUT the good thing is that depression is treatable, and again, you need to start with finding someone you can talk to. I'm sorry to hear about your parents using you and your sister as pawns. I'm sure that is stressful. Maybe you can approach whichever one is more approachable and tell them how they are making you feel. All of it. Your parents will want to help you when they realize how they are contributing to your issues and affecting your little sister. Don't ever feel bad for seeking answers to life's questions. You have to feel that you are worthy of the answers. As for being self critical, judgemental, and shy, look at it this way. Your girlfriend loves you like crazy. You picked her. Does she know a good guy when she sees one? Well, then that's YOU! A great guy, who is worth loving and knowing.  Hope this helps. And remember, in times of stress, Breathe.

  12. Well I don't know what you're panicking about but I suggest calming your breathing down, write out what your feeling (sometimes it helps to get it on paper, you mind starts to sort things out), focus on something else, or talk to somebody
