I"m So STRESSED I need help?

Latley things have been so hard I'm failing a class and struggling in another. Im always studying then I look around and I have club meetings that always keep sneeking up on me. Then PSAT is comming up so I'm preping for that. There just isn't enough time in the day and I'm about to burst. I never sleep or watch T.V. What are some ways to deal with stress in a healthy way. any advice would be helpful. P.S then to top it off there is this guy that I think likes me but I always see talking to girls. But he really seems to like me and hes not a playa or anything but thats just the cherry on top

  1. im gonna tell you what my dad told me when i was going through the same period in my life. " These are the best days of your life , dont let yourself stress about things without enjoying the time your living in right now. You may not believe me right now but you will in 20 years."  You know what,  I didnt  ....intll twenty years later.   Your gonna be fine, go out with that guy you like and have some fun.  good luck

  3. You have to realize that you can only do so much. And sometimes you just have to let things roll on bye. You are going to fast. Talk to your teachers about what you can do to bring your grade up. If you have to many clubs going you should drop some, dont over work your self. Remember to enjoy life. Hope this helps.

    One of the best things I found for dealing with stress was meditation.

    I went through a period of my life where I literally had a breakdown because of stress and was off work for months because of it.

    During this time I was offered all sorts of drugs and the like by doctors which I turned down. One of my friends mentioned meditation and how they had heard it was really good with stress.

    I found a local group, signed up and started to learn to meditate. I now attend a group every week and meditate daily and found that my stress levels have dropped significantly and that I am able to cope through situations where I wouldn't have in the past.
