  1. personal sales = used car.  If you want a new car, go through a dealer.  good luck.

  2. brand new cars are nice cause they are new no one else as done anything with or to it. but they lose alot of there value in the first year some 12 to 15 percent other even more. so really you are paying more for that new car smell. if you know what i mean. a newer used car is still under the warranty of the dealership and they cost a little less. so i would buy something one to two years older just make sure it as no more then 12,000 miles per year on it. go with a dealership saleing used cars of their brand like don't get a honda from a toyota store. they are the one usually with the hidden problems as mention before but if you buy say a toyota from a toyota dealer then there shouldn't be any problem cause their mechanic check everything out and if they replace anything its with the original parts from the factor. and i rather a toyota specialist look at my toyota not some other car. get a carfax report it will tell you anything that as been done with it the car like body work accidents how many owners. so you will know up front everything you need to know. but i would go thur a dealership no matter what cause personal sales don't have guarantee anything or tell you anything about the car. i just got a used car two days ago i got a toyota sequoia limited in nearly brand new condition had on dent from hitting something in the last owner garage which was fixed and looks great. for under 10,000 and the starting price for a new one is 45,000. so just watch for those deals.

  3. go to a dealer its more convient

  4. There are some good things and bad things that you have to consider about buying a car. If you get one from a dealer their cars have to pass a certain level test in order for dealer to sell. So you have a better quality car that's not a lemon or a salvage or a something that's gonna break down on you. But the cost is more if you by at a dealer because they have to make a living. If you buy from a private party Its cheaper and you will save. But they can lie in your face about any problems that they come across...Like accident or flood or engine problem, if your lucky you get a sweet deal on one that is just in great condition; I would recommend taking it car to a auto mechanics  so they can tell you whats wrong before you buy! Hope this helps.

  5. Listen, just visit your local Honda or Toyota dealer, they build and engineer the best vehicles available.

Furthermore, try to buy a NEW vehicle, practically every used car is traded in because it has an unresolved problem that was never successfully corrected; a big headache!

Additionally, ALWAYS make sure your new vehicle purchase has a loaner car warranty contract.

example: In the event your new car requires service the dealership will provide a loaner car until the latter is complete.

ANY dealership that does not implement a loaner vehicle in reference to new car service is dishonorable, they have no belief in their own vehicles etc...

Avoid the american car it is a pile of garbage.

  6. What class do you want? Compacts, subcompacts, mid size, full size, crossovers, luxury, SUVs, minivans, vans, pickup? Go to vehix.com, and go to video buying guides then choose the vehicle type. Go to manufacturers websites, you could even order your car, and they will send it to your dealership.
