I r rily help with my internet program-mozilla..it just shuts down randomly..!it makes me mad?

i just downloaded from the latest version and after a few days of working properly...i encountered some problems...i just open a new window and at that precise moment my comp shuts down...!!IRRITATING any suggestions on how to go about..???!!!PLIZ HELP

It sound to me like you have a problem with your PC.

I would surgest calling one of your friends that have a more experience than yourself.. it is very hard to fix without sitting in front of the PC.

In the meanwhile use firefox

Hmm.. that's happened to me before.

Maybe it's the website you're going to. Sometimes it sends your ip and excess amount of packets, and Mozilla shuts down to protect your computer.

Also, it may help if you download the newest Mozilla Firefox.
