  1. i dont know what your time will be because it depends what workouts u do but it will help for sure


  2. it all depends, is 2:16 the best you have ever done, or do you think you can run faster, also since last year have you had a training routine that will help you reach your peak performance, one year can make a big difference, if you maintain a training routine then you should be a stronger runner, but that does not mean you will be a faster runner.

  3. It's really hard to say, and it depends on the efficiency of your workouts. I'd say you should go more than one month in advance. The more time to train before-hand, the better your results might be. Besides, you could build up your mileage over a greater amount of time.
