  1. If the camera took your picture, and the reviewer thinks its an valid violation, you will get a ticket in the mail.  Here in California, that ticket might be for up to $381. But if its your first, you can take traffic school and avoid any points on your record.

  2. yes you will when it comes take it to the office and fight it, tell them what happened and prove it was not on purpose unless you were speeding then you cant do nothing

  3. Depends upon the agency.  In some jurisdictions if they cannot make out the driver, they do not send a ticket.  In other jurisdictions they send out tickets no matter what.  And yet in others, they use the cameras as a deterrent and never send out tickets.

  4. Probably

  5. Ask someone about your state's law regarding the need of an officer to issue a traffic ticket and not issued by a camera.  or contest it and see if the camera comes into court.

  6. yes they will it doesnt matter if it was your first.

  7. Probably, unless your city has a one-time exemption rule.  It's not a good feeling to see that envelope in the mail and open it up and see the picture of your car :(  Sorry!

  8. That sucks.  I haven't heard of the first time exemption thing.  The computer doesn't know.  And usually, they send you a ticket and let the judge decide whether or not to give you abreak because it was your first time.  If you do get a ticket, go to court and ask that they have mercy on you because of your record. they probably will.

  9. i heard the fines were pretty steep

  10. Don't worry until you get the ticket.I have worried for nothing about 3 times because the ticket never came.

  11. You sure will.  Watch your mailbox.  Now why couldn't you stop?  Going too fast or yakking on your cell phone?  Don't bother answering there is no excuse for running a red light.
