  1. no...  but one of the kids that is in my sons grade did that a couple of weeks ago and the principal and his mom both pulled up to him on the side of the road at the same time... how much would that suck?!!?!  lol

  2. Never.....I'm a Homeschooler

  3. Yes, I might.

  4. I guess if the children would like to run around the block once or twice they could do that.^_^.

  5. never...its a hard live alone

  6. No, my high school was six miles from my house.

  7. If i lived close enough

Normally i went to the chippy with my friends or into town.

  8. Sure. There are a bunch of times in my school career when I was tempted to go home and might have if my house was near enough: when I was in 6th grade and had these girls trying to steal my book (while making fun of me for caring about school); when I was in 8th grade and getting bullied and even hit a few times by this girl who had been held back for several grades (so she was about a foot taller than me and intimidating) and when I was in 10th grade and had a teacher who basically said that I (along with the rest of my honors English class) was stupid.

(I might have included the time when I was in 4th grade and a kid said (in front of the teacher!) that I should pick a pig for my animal project because I was fat, except at that time my parents were going through a messy divorce (which was *why* I was putting on weight) and home didn't feel like a sanctuary.)

But yeah, school was repeatedly a place I would have wanted to run away from...and, as I've said before, it was a good school system.

  9. No, but I was fortunate to grow up in a loving and caring home.

I can understand kids wanting to escape when their parents are failing at their jobs and abusive in their actions and words and schools have gotten so bad with other kids bullying and just nasty in general.

If you did indeed run away I hope and pray you have found a safe place to stay- friends, other family members, a home for teens, or even a Foster home. Try to keep studying and finish you so you can atleast get your GED or go to a community college so you can make it someday.
