  1. Pooping is a lot easier if you relax and not get so uptight about people judging your spelling.

  2. eat 2-3 prunes!!!  

  3. Prune juice, cranberry juice, mangos and popcorn helps. Waiting it out for a few hours or until tomorrow would be best though, or try eating a big meal that you know will make you want to go. Being in a squatting position for a while might help, or getting really really excited about something. But don't push too hard, it's not good for you.

  4. You have constipation - you might want to look it up on google. I get it a lot before my period, it sucks, I know.

    Eat bran foods. They make you p**p.

    I also find that for myself, ice cream does the trick - though dairy foods as a whole are not recommended to "make you go". Also, prune juice does.

    Exercise. It works incredibly for me, I just take a jog and the problem is solved.

    Drink lots of water. Over time, as it immediately affects your bladder, it will also affect your c**p.

    If none of these things work, take a pill for these kind of problems. Or just sit on the toilet and push until it comes out.

  5. grab both sides of the toilet seat,take a deep breath,then push.let out a little groan and repeat.

  6. eat an apple. always seems to work for me.

  7. eat a prune thats what my niece doess or drink milk :)

    or drink olive oil  it flushes out your system so yeahh

  8. its proven that if you drink cranberry juice, eat food with fiber in it, orr drink green tea, they all help cleanse your system ,

    try the cranberry juice.

    extremely affective :)
