I read about birds with poisonous feathers. Where do they live?

BWANA and Jim, try researching more thoroughly. After reading the link that winton_holt provided, I managed to find quite a bit on these birds. REAL birds, not a myth. Some professionals you guys are!

That is ridiculous!  There is NO such thing.  I've been around birds, and worked with birds all my life, and studied them and photographed them, and worked closely with bird experts and scientists, and I know for sure, that there are NO "poisonous" feathers.

Where did you read this? Hermann  Could you provide a link to a web site or maybe a reference?  

I have never seen nor heard anything like this before.  I suspect you are reading myth.
