what exactly is meant when people say that someone is a "troll"? I do realize that they are in pretty much every forum on Y!A, but I frequent the Dog, Pregnancy, and Wedding forums.

Haha, to anyone that is wondering, we do have a dog, I am not pregnant, and browsing through my questions/answers you may see that I use husband/fiance' interchangeably. We are not married yet (that's next month!), but we still call each other "wife" or "husband".

a troll is basically someone who gets on here and makes up stories, or lies or whatever.

so, if someone gets on here and makes up some BS, call them a troll.

from what i understand, a troll is someone who::: leaves ignorant answers just to get a frustration level out of the person who is asking the question.

they are also the ones who ask ignorant questions as well, like " how many times should i wash my pink elephant??

and they also are the people who change their stories constantly. example: one day they will have a 15 yr old pregnant daughter with hiv, the next they will have a 14 year old daughter that they found in the bedroom with the stepdad, etc. just your general jerry springer stuff.
