Try some local bike shops. You can probably find a few there if not they can order you one. Also look in a paper maybe for a used one?  Auction wise ebay is your best bet. You could always turn into Lance Armstrong and skip the electric motor.

A moped also would be a good option if I know what your thinking. To take short trips on instead of driving. Good Luck!
