I really could use some serious help , this has to do with navy retirement pay?

My brother in law served faithfully in the United States Navy for 20 years , retiring in april of 2008, now for some reason DFSA has not sent him his retirement pay , he needs this money to support his family, buy food , pay bills and keep a roof over his head, I am writing in hopes that some one will tell me what he should do next , Thank you for taking the time to read this.

  3. Retirement pay is paid on the 1st of each month.  It can take several months before the first is received especially if he had time on the books.  Is he with the same bank?  sometimes it could be because of that.  He needs to call and make the inquiry as to why he hasn't gotten it yet so it can be cleared up by the 1st.
