  1. It is not possible to know location and momentum of electrons, therefore we can only give volumes with which the electrons have a certain probability of being found in.

    Protons and neutrons are hadrons and are found in the nucleus of an atom, electrons are leptons and they are not in the nucleus.

    It is not accurate to describe the universe as only containing matter and energy, since there is also dark matter, dark energy, anti-matter and negative energy.

    Molecules can contain arbitrary numbers of differing elements, there are a stupendous number of ways in which these can be arranged.
