I really hope that I am but I doubt it.?

Question

The first day of my last period was July 22. My husband and I had unprotected s*x on August 5 but he said that he thinks he didn't come. I had EWCM on the morning of August 7. I really want another baby, but we aren't trying and he always says that if it happens it happens. If I didn't get pregnant this time I don't know when I will have the chance to again. He is usually very good about wearing a condom. I just don't want to get my hopes up and have them come crashing down on me. My husband doesn't want another one but he has said that the other times too. We have 3 beautiful kids now, which were all accidental pregnancies. I told him that if we have one more than I will get my tubes tied. I don't really have a question I just wanted someone to talk to. Thanks for reading! And good luck to all that is TTC!

I hope you conceived this time sweetie, it sounds like you really want another baby and it also sounds like hubby isn't trying for it but definitely open to the idea. Have you talked to him about how much you really want this??? If you need to talk more, you can you e-mail me anytime. I have two wonderful boys 8 and 10 from my previous marriage and I am now ttc with the new hubby. He wasn't really all for it at first but now he wants it as much as I do.

Sounds like you are in a tight spot. It also sounds like your hubby isn't too interested in having another one. Talk to him about maybe not using any protection and then really seeing what happens- not trying but not preventing either. Hopefully you can work it out. Hugs!

I'm really not sure what you question is (perhaps "Am I pregnant"), but I really had to comment on two things that you said.

"I really want another baby..."

"My husband doesn't want another one..."

Please, please, please make sure that they two of you are on the same page BEFORE you get pregnant (if possible). My Dad treated my youngest sister like **** much of the time because he didn't want a third kid and felt that my Mother had tricked him into having the third child.

Perhaps you should be happy that you already have three beautiful kids already.

Well on a 28 day cycle this would have been during your fertile time, and even although he didnt come he could have released pre come which has the highest concentration of sperm in it.  So if all these things are true it is possible that you are pregnant but on a longer or shorter cycle you would have missed your fertile window and your likelood of pregnancy decreases.  Hope this helps and good luck on having baby # 4

I really hope you get the baby you want soon. Hopefully this is the month for you! The sperm can still be kicking in there if it was only 2 days.  I've been trying for 8 months and I'm in my TTW. 5 more days till AF and I hope she doesn't show up!  Like every other woman i guess i keep thinking i feel everything under the sun in hopes but I'll just have to wait it out. Right now my big things are headaches, vertigo and fatigue.

I can understand where you are coming from... My son though was born in March of this year, 8 weeks early due to Preeclampsia...  All I've been able to think about since is having another baby so that I can try to get past the loss of my pregnancy and birthing experience of my son...

My hubby doesn't really want to have another baby right now, so he's usually very cautious about using protection...but I just keep hoping and praying that we will hit a fertile time soon and I will get to enjoy this next pregnancy....

*sigh*  Either way, I totally can understand where you are coming from....
