I really like swimming but i dont get along with it. How can i get along with swimming?

  1. Keep at it the more you do it the more you will enjoy it.


  2. I am not sure what you mean by 'get along' with it.  Perhaps you mean you can't swim or that you don't do it well.

    If it is that you can't swim the way to start is easy.  The problem people have when starting to learn is a natural fear of drowning stopping you trusting the water to hold you up.

    You need to stand in the water where the pool is shallow.  Hold your breath.  First put your face in the water while you are standing.  Then lift your legs for a moment and put them down again quickly.  Repeat this with longer times for your legs being up until you can float for a minute with your legs up and your face in the water.

    Then practice moving yourself forward with your arms while you are face down, legs up.

    Then when you can use your legs to help you move forward you are swimming.

  3. Train harder. In time you will improve.
