I really love a game that they have on Pogo website, but they dont have it available for download?

How do I save it to my computer? Can I?

Do you belong to Club Pogo? You can save the game as a "favorite", or bookmark it.  If you belong to Club Pogo, you can edit the game as one of your favorites, and get it anytime you want.

If it's one of their normal games, and they don't have a 'ToGo' version, there's no way to save it.

if there is no pogo to go download box on the game page you cant download it to your computer
