i can't control my body balance when i jumping to shoot or spike the ball. as the result, the ball does not fall over the net. how to overcme this problem? please help me somebody..

  1. make sure u r jumping at the right time. adn hit it hard and follow thru. agirl did that on my team did that but she got better . just practice


  2. hit the ball upward... and practice makes perfect!

  3. first you need to make sure you are jumping off both of your feet. 2 jump at the right time- when the ball is at its highest point, then make sure you have a high jump. then do your approach and SMACK that ball!

  5. You need to jump off BOTH feet.

    I assume that you are a right-hand hitter, so you should start your 3-step (you can do 4- or 5-step later) approach with your left foot, then a big step with your right foot, then a "small step" to put your left foot about 10in next to your right foot while you swing your arm and take off. This should take care of your "balance" issue.

    Practice 20-50 approach-jump everyday, and get a good timing jumping "behind" (not under) the ball so that you can put more power on the ball and push it over the net.
