  1. i'm 5 foot 8, i am 55 kilos, and trust me, i have surprised some guys 130 kilos by tackling them. just get low in tackles, take out their legs. At 68 kilos you must be strong, correct technique and heart is what matters, not your size.

  2. Jacque Fouroux was only 5ft 3in and played and captained France in late 70's early 80's and was known as "le petite general" so you are never too small as long as your heart is in it. He was a scrum half.

  3. All you have to do is put 100% into your tackles and you runs... When you tackle you got to know your going to take him down when you run you got to put a huge burst of energy in it to know your going to get to the tryline. Half back would be a good starter.. bring up your skills in running (speed) tackling and kicking then start trying centre

  4. Since you are smaller, you can either be a runner, or a jumper. The jumpers need to be light and small in order to jump higher.

  5. Why dont you just go out and play for a club. They will put you where they think you should be playing. Like others have posted size does not matter its all about technique and heart. Learn the basics and play tough for 80 minutes or as long as you can last and thats all your team can ask of you.

  6. One of the standout positives rugby has over other sports is in a team there is a place for all shapes and size's.

  7. Our scrum half's about 5ft6. You're about the right height for a scrum half. How weighty are you?
