The thing is though, isnt it too competitve now " in the market"?? Do you have to take a course? How do you get involved? Where do you begin??

Anyone out there who would MENTOR me??

Real estate is hard unless you have the big bucks or good credit.  What exactly do you want to do in real estate.  You know you have to spend money to get a license and then work for someone else?  Why not not look into starting your own business and using your skills and abilities for your own money?
