  1. www.draftsforsale.com has lots of drafts. It also depends what you are planning to use a draft for...my family raises spotted draft horses for trail riding and lesson horses in addition to driving horses (www.freewebs.com/horsenaroundfarms)

    also...just a spelling correction - it's "specific" not "spacific"

  2. equine.com , dreamhorse.com , equinenow.com ,there are just to many to name!!!

  3. If it were me, I'd pick up an issue of Rural Heritage - Tractor Supply Company carries this publication if you're in the US and near one.  Rural Heritage has a segment on RFD TV and focused on draft breeds.  You'd find a registry or a name of a trainer to start asking questions of.

Also check out websites for any breed registries - the Belgian Horse or whatever registry should be able to give you the name, either after email contact, a phone call or perhaps as a function of their websites, of a reputable breeder in your area.

Also watch the county fairs for draft shows or pulls - here in Michigan we have a draft pull at a local fair, they even have a barn only for drafts and a show for draft horses only on a certain day - one could hang out around there and ask the horsemen and women for a contact for what you are looking for.

Also here in Michigan we have a great big show at Michigan State University for a whole week for just draft breeds - they show them under saddle, in hand, pulling, etc - if there's a show like this for a large area in your state, you might find good contacts there.

Finally - this is something people don't think of - usually at farm shows or tractor shows or old threshers reunions, there are people who go to show off the old fashioned way of farming with horses - you could reach someone with drafts there - they had to get them somewhere and they could tell you who breeds to sell.

There are the websites people have suggested, but I think you'd have to search quite a bit to find something right close by you - perhaps those suggestions together with mine will find you a fit.

    ps - it's "specific" not "spacific"  ;-)

    Hope this helps!
