Okay, I know this sounds bizarre, but try it...

Mix the Baileys with Coke--or preferably Dr. Pepper--over ice. It will foam a bit, so careful when pouring the soda in. End result tastes like a Mudslide.

if you have a blender and some ice and milk you can make a shake...add brewed coffee for some added flavor...
