  1. Try pet world. They sell cats and bunnies. A private breeder costs alot more.

  2. Well most people don't give away kittens until their 8 wks old. Most shops wont take kittens under a certain weight which is why 8 weeks is usually the norm.

  3. With all the feline rescues in the USA I can't believe you haven't done searches in your area for them. All the ones here have been inundated with kittens.

  4. Please do not purchase a kitten. Cats the the number one animal stuck into shelters, and euthanized because no one wants them. There is nothing "wrong" with them, some people are just very careless and prefer to dump them at a shelter than to take care of them. There are hundreds of shelters in your area with thousands of wonderful homeless kittens on death row. Shelters also take care of all shots and neutering before adopting, so it is also a good deal, money-wise.Try looking here http://www.petfinder.com

  5. Please do not SHOP for a kitten.  There are many kittens in shelters waiting for a home desperately.  There's nothing wrong with shelter kittens, they're just abandoned or homeless.  In fact, the shelters usually vaccinate them and make sure they're healthy, social animals before they can put them up for adoption.  Trust me, one of those poor kittens will be the perfect match for you and will thank you for saving his/her life.

  6. PLEASE don't get a kitten so young.   I work at a shelter and kittens taken away from mom and their littermates that early often have a lot of problems.  Get a kitten at least 8 weeks old.  And, don't buy while shelter kittens die!
