when i get stressed, angry, sad, frustrated, or a combination of these, i end up hurting myself. i light a match, wait until the tip gets red-hot, and then blow it out and dig it into my skin. i know that its bad for me and i need to stop. also people are starting to notice all of the little marks.
please, does anyone know any alternatives to hurting myself, like an easy relief of stress or something? i really need something else.
and please people, dont say masturbation or drugs. those two are not options.
