I need help on how I can keep myself focused on school work. See I fell way behind on my work. I have had a lot of problems with my brothers cause they always wanted on the computer and I would have told my parents but I really hate causing fights. But now i am at my grandmas for the summer cause i beg my mom that way I would have time to do it. Also how can I get my parents to give me one more try on the home school. Thay want me to go back this year. But I really don't, I was hoping to skip a grade or two and then go back in public school.

  1. To be homeschooled you need to be disciplined and self-motivated.  There also needs to be an adult in charge to make sure you are getting your work done.  There is no excuse for falling behind.  You are using your computer for school and that is more important than what your brothers would need it for.  So instead of causing fights you fell way behind.  While you are at your grandma's really focus on what you need to get done.  Get as much done as you can each day.  Don't put anything off.  Weren't your parents involved in your homeschooling? How could you fall behind? Usually, kids who are homeschooled are ahead.  Why do you need to skip a grade or two? People who are ahead in school academically are behind socially.  Don't rush things.  Life goes by fast enough as it is.  I would catch up this summer at grandma's.  Then ask your parents if you can give it one more try.  Promise them that you won't fall behind.  If they say no then you have no choice but to go back to public school.  Good luck.
