I really need help PLEASE (10 points for best)?

Hi, im 13 years old and im in secondary school, i would just like to put on some muscle mass and lose some body fat because i have alot of sports to do this summer including rugby, my school expects high standards (PLEASE DO NOT SAY PUTTING MASS ON WONT WORK BECAUSE IVE SEEN LOADS OF BOYS AT MY SCHOOL THAT DO HAVE Big MUSCLES DUE TO WORKOUTS, ive seen them workout and see improovements), please can you just explain the key facts of building muscle and losing fat (PLEASE!!! I BEG) ive been doing alot of reaserch so i know most of the stuff and my friends allways lift heavy (AND AGAIN IT WORKS) so some key and not often known facts (PLEASE)

  1. im a 13 year old girl and i workout to keep my body is shape. ive got abs and muscle. you have to lift weights everyday and do sit ups, push ups, pull ups, and leg lunges. hope i helped!

    just do 6  reps of the heaviest weight you could handle *lift slowy*

  3. if you are really serious. i suggest contacting me for further information i can give you all the information that you like. what kind of protien you should use, how long you should workout. heres some workouts that i do

    heres a few for ya

    Arms:the incline dumbbell curl,lying dumbbell curl,alternate dumbbell curl, nautilus curl, concentration curl.

    Upper Legs:hack slides,squat,leg press,thigh curls,lunges,

    Calves:donkey calf raise,standing calf raise,leg press machine calf raise,

    Lower back and gluttes:rear low cable kickback,stiff leg deadlift, The deadlift,

    Shoulders:rear deltoid, side deltdoid Alternate dumbbell press,bent over flyning,upright row,behinf-neck-press,

    Chest:Bench press, pek-dek crunches,incline benchpress. Pulley crossover,



    But in order to build muscle you need to give it time. it wont happen immedialty. but it will happen i promis you will eventaully build that muscle that you want.

    and really dont listen to paradise or whatever his name is. lifting really heavy wieghts without wamring up  is very dangerous and can seriously injure you

  4. Get some muscle mass medicine etc from the health shops.
