Hi, im 13 years old and im in secondary school, i would just like to put on some muscle mass and lose some body fat because i have alot of sports to do this summer including rugby, my school expects high standards (PLEASE DO NOT SAY PUTTING MASS ON WONT WORK BECAUSE IVE SEEN LOADS OF BOYS AT MY SCHOOL THAT DO HAVE Big MUSCLES DUE TO WORKOUTS, ive seen them workout and see improovements), please can you just explain the key facts of building muscle and losing fat (PLEASE!!! I BEG) ive been doing alot of reaserch so i know most of the stuff and my friends allways lift heavy (AND AGAIN IT WORKS) so some key and not often known facts (PLEASE)
