  1. the reason the other girls dont sweat is because they dont participate. most of the time girls didnt even dress out for gym class when i was in school

  2. Hmm I feel for you, girl.  Why don't you go see a doctor? Sweating a lot isn't toooo big of a deal, but a doctor could help tons.

  3. Go to the dermatologist and ask them for a real prescription deodorant usually the cheapest thing to do with great results

  4. DOVE. Works a charm for me!

  5. put on a sweater after gym..

or change your shirt for gym class...

    and change back later

  6. drink cold water and keep your arms up or like an inch away from the shirt this helped my friend this airs them out and wear deoranrant twice wear darker shirts and adidas deoranrant is good and if you have stains on your white shirts bleach the pit ares of the shirt and it will come off and wash it in the laundry with whites

    help with mine

  7. u can always bring an extra shirt then when gym class ends then u change....oh and don't worry i have the same prob. so yah!!! ur not alone!!!

  8. Sounds like you need something with the strength of a prescription antiperspirant. At Wal-mart or any drug store you can look into buying either Secret's Clinical Strength antiperspirant or Certain Dri antiperspirant. They're both pretty powerful and I hear they work pretty well. They're around the 5-6 dollar range.

  9. Mitchum used to be a good antiperspirant, if that does not work ask a doctor, maybe a dermatologist.  I have heard botox stops sweating but there are likely cheaper alternatives.  What ever used to be in that Mitchum deodorant, I do not know if it is the same today as when it first came out.

  10. try that new stuff that they show on t.v  You know the one where the woman high 5s the people and holds up her hands for the police car? Some people just sweat more than others.

  11. u could wear darker shirts but after gym go 2 the bathroom and wash ur underarms.

you could see a docter too

  12. If you just tell your doctor your problem, they'll give you a clinical strength deodorant/antiperspirant and it should DEFINITELY take care of it.

  13. Dove Anti-Perspirant/Deodorant is the best by far ive tried.

other than that, this is terrible but you could tell your parents and ask them to take you to get botox injections under your arms, as it stops you from sweating and you wont have the problem anymore, but youre a little young for that lol.

  14. wear a loose tshirt instead of a tight one, unless your already doing that, then maybe wear a tight shirt under the loose one to catch the sweat lol, i have the same problem when i wear tight shirts im sure you can find medicated deodorant to help

  15. use secret clinical strength. you literally dont sweat.

  16. Wear a really dark shirt so that the sweat stains won't be so noticeable.  Also, try a stronger deodorant.  Secret or degree work better... and now they have clinical strength as well!

  17. secret clinical strength, you have to out it on before you start it no like right before as you're changing for PE, but like in the morning.

    wear a white shirt.

  18. its alright! i have the solution!

    i sweat tons!

go to a drug store and get secret clinical strength. it works so good it even used to be used for perscription. trust me it work great!

  19. Dove works really well, and I sweat a lot. I also know some people who put their  hands in cold water in the morning and it helps stop sweating.
