I Started Eating Right Yesterday! I Think I Used To Starve Myself! Anyways, In One Day Out Of The Whole Week I Give Myself A Treat! So .. Keeping That In Mind; Heres My Question ...

Did I Eat Healthy AND Enought Today?

Breakfast: a little cereal (Honey Bunches Of Oats) With A Little SKIM MILK! (Thats The Only Cereal I Have!) .

Lunch: a little white rice with some salad

Snack: one small bag of Doritos (my treat for the week)

Dinner: a normal bowl Rigatona(Noodles) with Tuna and a little bit of LIGHT Mayo w/ a cup of Ice Tea

At Night If I Get Hungry: Grapes

Here Are My Questions I Want Answered:

- Did I Eat Enough?

- Did I Eat Healthy?

- AROUND How Much Calories Did I Eat? (If you dont know ABOUT how much calories I ate today say something like "You Ate Around 1000-1200 cal." or something. Make A Range!

Answer ALL My Three Questions In Order Please; Whoever does that Is who Ill choose as "Best Answer!"

  1. Morning : a toast, 1/2 grapefruit, coffee or tea.

    No more than 3 pieces of bread a day. You can eat it with fish, cheese (once a week, but cottage cheese is ok) eggs (2 by week) not with meet. Eat a salad instead.

    No : rice, potato, pasta, milk (occasionally). good fat cheese, sugar

    4-5 times  by week fish (not fry) you can have bred and fruit with, 3-4 times chicken (no skin,fat), beef.

    Ease with fruits, they are calories.

    Snack : carrots and celery in the water (will be crispy and very low calories)

    Eat 1200 cal/day and burn 300 cal. by exercising. I mean teak a walk 1/2 -1 hour a day.

    Once in a wile you can have an eccentricity.

    Drink water, you need it.

    Don't loose weight  very fast! You'll gain it with a bonus.
