Question:

I really need help falling asleep ?

ok so I am a kid and I can't go to sleep and school is to moro. I am really stressed out. please help.

  1. That happenes to me a lot.

    Dont listen to music. Have it completely quiet.

    Make sure you dont eat anything right before bed.

    BUT...

    If you must, eat something carb-y so that your insulin levels get high and you get sleepy.

    YOu can also read a book and eventually, you'll sleep.

    OR

    you can take a sleeping pill


  2. First of all you need wind down time. You should give yourself an extra 30 minutes to tell your brain its time to shut down. Meaning get your pajama's on, brush your teeth ect.

    I also recommend taking medicine, i usually take 1 benedryl and melatonin if i really need to fall asleep. (don't take benedryl every night. melatonin is ok)

    i always write down my day in a book. it gets all the thoughts out of your head so when you go to sleep you don't have to think about everything you did that day. it clears your mind, and you won't forget a single day of your life!

    after that i usually read for a little. then i put in ear plugs, and a little pillow over my eyes. make sure your room is cool and wrap yourself up in blankets.

    I swear it works!


  3. Ok I don't know if this will help but...

    Start at your feet squeeze tight for 10 seconds then release.

    Go to calf's let go..then thighs to butt to stomach then chest, arms,neck but the time you get to head you should be feeling tired. It will at least help to relax.
