I really need help i am lookin for an advice?

i meet this dude not to long ago...........

i started to talk to him on the phone too and we also email each other

he gives me really good advices and i think i am stating to like him when i talk to him nothing if more important than him BUT i dont want to go out wit him because i dont want to get heart broken and because we are really good friends but then i REALLY like him what should i do ??? somebody help please
