I really need help in gymnastics!ASAP?

I am 12 and I am 5"4" and I weigh 120. I can do a

forward and backward roll

hand stand/walk on them

cartwheel

rould off

one handed cartwheel

back bend

kick over

pop cartwheel

front limber

vault into the pit

back hand spring

back hip circle

jump to high

hand stand on the beam

cartwheel on the beam

twisting dismount

round off dismount

back walk over

front walk over

but not a pull over!!!Whats wrong with me??

what mucle do you need the most for a pull over??

I do have atendanites(my tendans are streched out and swolen and it hurts!) wich slows me down.

I do push ups and crunches and all kind of workouts and I work out evey day!!

Please help me

  1. you sound about the same level as me. pullovers work first your biceps to pull your chin to the bar, then your abdominal muscles to pull over onto your hips. do V-ups and crunches and abs exercises


  2. Try taking it easy on your tendons, it'll only get harder if you overwork them. Also work on strengthening your arms a lot, but still be careful of getting hurt. Since you have atendanites it may help to wear a brace on your arm or wrist the first few times to help and take some weight off. Crunches will help a little, so keep doing your normal workout but step it up a little. Hope this helps!
