  1. use an old refrigerator for your base then add to by using cardboard to make your designs for the front. be sure to pad lock the refrig. door, so that no one gets inside and suffocates

  2. i cant think of a heavy material.maybe you could use styrofoam block and  just ensure that it is anchored correctly.or  coat it with spray stucco before u paint it to add a little weght and texture? tough question..good luck!

  3. I used to work in movies. If this was for a movie, it would probably be made of very thin plywood over a wood frame of 1x4s. Styrofoam is of course another possibility but buying a piece that big is expensive, carving it is not as easy as you'd think, and very messy besides. You'll have little styrofoam bits all over the place. If you want it not to tip over, I'd suggest using sandbags on the bottom of the frame, or build a place where you can put some bricks in the floor of it and remove them when you want to move it. If you make it of something very heavy, you won't be able to move it around. This thing's pretty big--even a wood frame and plywood will be fairly heavy. For all those bolt heads on it, try using stuffed animal eyes, you can usually buy them at craft places. Glue them on and paint them when you paint the rest of it. They'll look like rivets.
