I really need help please!?!

Ok, so I just learned how to do a backbend while standing up. Well once I get down, how do I get my body back up?? Ive tried to point my toes then push my right arm up but I always fall back down on my back and it hurts. Please help me :)

  1. My advice is to just practice on a wall.

    Stand in front of a wall and walk your hands down it into a backbend, then walk your hands back up. Do this as much as you can!
