  1. Express yourself by using the right words.  You will gain confidence and self esteem over time.

Make sure your sentences consists one or more of the following.

    1.  Who am I talking about ?   -  JANE

    2.  What is it about ?  -  GOING TO SCHOOL

    3.  Where ?   PUBLIC SCHOOL 195

    4.  When? - TOMORROW

    5.  Why?

    6.  How?  SCHOOL BUS

    Example

Jane is starting school tomorrow. She will be attending Public School 195.  A school bus will come to the house every morning.)

Regardless of age, you need to brush up on your grammar. Check out your local library.  They can be of great help,  Ask the librarian.

    Good luck.

  2. Be more clear in your answer!

  3. I'm going to give you something that i got when I was 12 years old.

It was on a card the size of a business card.

    1. Assume responsibility

    2. Be informed

    3. Know where you're going

    4. Make your own decisions

Add to that this following rule: (Its known as the golden rule.)

I wish more people followed it, the world would be a better place!

"Do unto others as you would have them do unto you."

If you follow these simple things you will be well on your way to a rich and rewarding life!

    Good Luck!

  4. Are you talking about specific situations?

In those, you can, perhaps, do some preparation work - think about the sorts of things you're likely to be talking about, and make sure you have something to contribute... if its a group of friends, do they talk about hair and nails and stuff?  If that interests you, look up a few new styles, or try out some different nail decorations as a starting topic; if it doesn't, what can you interest them in that you do know about?  Maybe a book, or a film, maybe a hobby, or a subject you are good at.  Its much easier to be heard if you are confident in what you are saying.

Are 'people giving comments' doing this about you? as in what you do/wear/say/have ??

Choose one point to be strong about, again, research it to bolster your confidence, and stick to your guns on that, letting the other stuff wash by for now.  As people discover you have a well thought out point on one thing, they will generally start to pay more attention when you talk about other stuff -

Also, listen carefully to what others do say - often its not about you at all, its their own stuff they are projecting - if you can spot that, you will find it easier to disregard the nonsense, and to call them on trying to live your life according to their preferences... though remember that, occasionally, others can be right too!

Finally, celebrate your little successes - that too will give you more confidence, and, let's face it, you will have worked for those successes, so be proud inside of what you have achieved for you.
