Anyone go to Columbia university in Chicago for journalism?

Im going into 9th grade this september, and i have been really worrying about colleges, grades, and anything else that has to do with school and what im going to be when i grow up. I have my mind set on journalism and going to columbia university chicago. but i want to know. what are the reccomendations to get accepted? I already know that my act/sat is not mandatory, but i want to know how many credits i need, what gpa i need, etc. I went to the website, but it only helped a little bit. And if you have any advice or anything else that you think would help me more, please do so. Thanks in advance. =)
