I really need some advive for my friend?

MY friend is nearly 11 weeks pregnant she had a bleed last week and the docs did nothing about it.

the bleed was not a huge amount but they would not scan her as she has her 12 week scan on the 17th,

My friend has seen the baby twice at 6 weeks and 8 weeks but she is freaking out the baby has died,

While i listen i am not a doctor.my friend has been cramping since 4 weeks and the docs say everything is ok also/

i just dont know what to say or do .should she be worried or not,she has pregnancy symptoms still but ,the docs wont scan her again ,until the 17th .

Most all women have some mild cramping in early pregnancy. And a little spotting is not uncommon. Rest and drinking extra water can help the cramps. If the spotting turns bright red or gets heavy, call a doc right away. And tell her to feel free to switch doctors if she isn't happy with the way her current one is handling this. She needs to be comfortable with her obgyn!
