I really need some career help

Question

Do you think Fashion PR is a good career choice? I know the pay would suck at first.

I'm also considering psychiatry (although the two are totally unrelated).

I first wanted to be a Psychiatrist, but now I'm considering Fashion because

1) I love fashion

2) My older sister wants to be an orthopedic surgeon, and my family doesn't make enough money to put 2 girls through college AND med school.

Should I pursue my big Psychiatry dream, or help save money...

This has been really bugging me. Serious answers only.

I think you would be better off speaking to those who love you the most and know more about you than even you do.  Your parents and grand parents will help you a lot if you take them into your confidence then you will get to know them better....
