I really need some help, I have post nasal drip so bad it is affecting my life and job, no dr can help..?

Wash out your sinuses with normal saline (1 t. salt to a liter of water) at body temperature.  I just sniff the stuff and tilt my head back, but you can buy a bulb syringe made for the purpose at some supplement/herb stores.  There's also a "Neti Pot" you can find on the internet. Search on nasal lavage or Neti Pot.

I saw a special on that a few months ago. THe woman's cerebral lining was leaking. She had this metallic taste in her mouth though and had 17+ surgeries to fix it.

You could have an allergy reaction to some type of food ,wheat maybe, it could be the air condition, hair spray, than we go back to the food this you will have to figure out your self keep a journal of when it is the worst  what you had to eat
