  1. You know it's just as hard on your parents to pick up everything and move as well. You are not the only one leaving all your friends behind, they are as well. Trust me with the net and phones and the such now a days there is no excuse for not keeping contact with your friends. My best friend now lives i n Massachusetts and I live in Indiana. I know I'm an adult but we take the time out once a year to see each other and the rest of the year we email or myspace it.

  2. Sometimes it's hard! But also maybe better!!! You will meet new friend.. And if they are your real true friend you will soon one day see them!... You will don't get upset  just hang in there!!! Best wishes~~~

  3. well i know how u fell

recently i just moved and it was really hard

just try to make the best of it

also dont hate your parents because it will only make things worse

    i made that mistake

  4. Hi, Sweetheart. I've been there. I don't know how old you are, but you can keep in touch with your old friends by mail and by phone. Believe it or not, you'll make new friends. I know it's hard, but this is a part of life. Life is all about change, whether you like it or not. This is probably not what you want to hear, but it WILL be OK. Hang in there and try not to make it any harder on your parents. Chances are they're not any happier about this move than you are. Good luck and God bless.

  5. It can be hard being a kid and feeling like you have no say in things but being a kid you have to trust your parents.  They  wouldn't move unless it was best for your family.  Friends come and go throughout our lives and I am positive you will make some really nice new ones.  Try and think of the good things about your move.

  6. The best part of life is that there is always change.  And change is good.  I have moved many times, most often to different countries.  I have met some great people and visited some great places.  You can make new friends and keep your old ones.  This experience is going to make you a better more interesting person.  In the end, you will always be in a new situations:  college, work, etc.

  7. I had to move last year too when I was in 6th grade. I thought the same exact thing! But, all my real friends called, emailed, texted, etc. me all the time. Call them, but make sure you remember, they can call you too. Don't be the one calling all the time. If you need any more advice, email me at sydcosso@yahoo.com

  8. its fine, you'll move to a new skool and eventually move on, but u should still see your frends sometimes.

also, in the first 1-5 days of skool figure out who the popular ppl are, then start casual conversation with them

  9. How old are you? With computers and cell phones I dont see why youd never see them again.

Depending on how far you move you'll end up starting a new life anyway and you might forget about your friends after a while.

Then down the road you'll email them and you start a great relationship again.

Life is hard sometimes. The move maybe for a good reason and you just might need to try to look at it a different way for a moment. Its going to be hard for EVERYONE in the family.

Plus being the new girl at school is fun!

Try not to go to crazy, Many people move daily and they made it through it I know you can too!

  10. Whether you see your friends again will be entirely up to you.

There are friends who keep in touch with Youtube, myspace, facebook, and others.

Usually though people just go on with their lives and make new and better friends.
