I really need some help/ advice?

Question

so i met this guy, we have one class together and the same lunch. (im in highschool) from when i started talking to him, i kind of had interest because he seems real nice and i dont want to sound creepy but i like his smile :) he doesnt judge people and stereotype. i know that because we are the wayyyy opposite but somehow we get along. he loves rap, i love deathmetal. and ive just become good friends with him. from the start, i had nothing else but friendship in mind. but then i found out today that he likes me. ive only known him for like 5days but i feel like we can talk about alot of stuff without the awkwardness. so my question is, if he asks me out which it can happen anytime soon, what should i say. because i really dont know. i like him too, but i feel that if we do get together then we wont have the friendship if something bad does happen since we dont know eachother THAT well. but if i say no, i worry he'll move onto someone else and like forget about me and that i might hurt him. i dont know , seriously. like i plan to say i like him too and that he's real cool :) but about the yes or no to the going out part i need some advice. can anyone help me ?

dont give him an answer. tell him if he works hard enough, maybe. that way itll give u a chance to get to know him better so even if u split ull still be friends, and itll make him work harder to get u lol.

I say go for it, its only high school and youre not going to marry him. Its great to date and meet new people, but don't look at it as anything mor ethan that.

I think it could work, I mean you said you are already great friends but who knows. What if yall are teh perfect couple and u pass it up? I think it could definitely work!!!!

Continue on being his friend.   If experience has tought me anything is that Destiny is real.   I mean if you two are meant to be then you will be.  

I dont want to burst your bubble but there is a great chance that even if you do make a move you two wont last in the long run.  first of all you are only in H"S.  which means that you are young and will eventually meet hundreds of people more.  you are both very diff. a

nd while opposites attract they dont keep that attraction for too long.

Do what ever you want.  there is no right or wrong.  just dont take it deathly seriously.  Life is all about experinces.  

ask yourself.. do you want a friend?  or a boyfriend?  

Id say take your time.  ;) friends always last longer.  bc they are real.
