I really need some help....

Question

my mom has this boy friend. and she has made it clear that we are stay with him. the thing is what i want more that anything is to have a father figure in my life. i am 14 and my real dad is...well lets just say he wasnt a very good dad...and i just want to have a happy family.

so how can i bond with him...without s******g anything up?

Since your mom is not married to him, he is not your father.  Therefore you can not treat him as you would a father unless they get married.

You can be nice to him, show him respect, and by doing  that you show hiim that you like him.  Do not let him know you love him until they say that they are going to be married.  Then you can tell him that you are glad that he will be your father.
