  1. This happens to all of us at one time of another. Don't panic. When this happens, go back to the basics. Remember, golf is very much a mental game. Couple bad shots will get you in a stressed mode with all these negative thoughts in your head, which will cause you to (1) Second guess your swing when you should be trusting your swing; (2) Tense up the therefore hit bad shots; (3) Get frustrated and try to hit harder or faster. All these conditions will only snow-ball your bad shots to worse ones. Take your next shot down a notch, maybe hit it softer, or only 3/4 swing, or even go to a club you feel confident and sacrifice distance in favor of accuracy...etc.

Next time you had couple bad shots, take a deep breath, shake your head and shoulder to loosen up the tension, then 100% focus on your pre-shot routine and your next shot. Play YOUR game the way you feel comfortable, don't try to push that little bit more to go farther or take the risky route... When you are not playing in top shape, safe playing strategy is always your best bet.

  2. ok,  I have no clue as to what exactly you are looking for.  You give no specific problems.  The best I can advise with what you have given us is to see a teaching pro to try to sort things out for you....Its cheap and the positive results come real quick so that should fit your time table

  3. Maybe you need to relax in the tournaments?  You say you went to the range and did well, you may overstress yourself.  Just let your swing happen.
