I really need themes for stocking and decoration!!!!?

Question

I am purchasing a 23 gallon freshwater aquarium. I want tropical fish. I need decoration themes, and lists of compatible fish that will fit in the tank together that go with the theme. Its a rectangular aquarium, more long than high. Please nothing tacky!! If you have muliple varities of fish, you many do mulitple lists, just make sure each group of fish will fit in the tank together at full grown size.

Ex:

blah blah theme.

blah blah decorations

(amount) of blah fish

(amount) of blah fish

(amount of blah fish

and on and on

the theme should be under the sea with tresure chests and bubble walls and plants and caves. get a blue or pink kissing gourami and  2 sword tails.

You should put in some plants and have some hiding places or a decorative bubbling system.  You could also put in a cave or some thing for them to hide in.  Pretty rocks and, as i said, plants.  

For the fish I would put in some of their own kind.  Some guppies and and tetras or something.  Don't put big and aggressive fish in with tiny fish cuz the itty bitty ones will get eaten.
