  1. jerking off helps your forearm a lot

  2. racquet sports like tennis and badmington, or just m********e

  3. ok get a broom stick and tie a rope around it then tie weights to the bottom of the rope and then rotate the broom around and around in your hand well standing up and letting the weights hang down and once you rotate it all the way up repeat on the way down

  4. One excersize that I know of that will help you, is that if you sit at a table and rest your arm on there. Then take a dumbell and work your wrist and forearm. This translates some of the weight that your bicept would be taking into your forearm and wrist. Another one is standing straight up, doing the same thing while curling up under stressing your wrist and forearm. Those are the two I know but if I think of another one I'll come back to the question.

  5. If you try to lift weights, try to focus the weight into after your elbow. However you need to start with something light if you have big biceps otherwise you wont be able to shift the weight focus
