I'm a nineteen year old male, about 6'1" and I weigh about 140 pounds. I used to weigh near 155 and got really sick. I lost nearly 15 pounds and have not been able to gain weight back since. I do not have the apetite I used to have, and am wondering, what can I do to gain weight fast?

  1. protein powder, lift weights, and no fast food

  2. well if you're planning on gaining weight regardless of fat then you can take a weight gainer, a safe one is maxi-muscle pro gain, or for more hardcore weight gain there is  mass tech or mutant mass.

e-mail if you want more help or you want to gain weight without fat please e-mail too

  3. brewing yeast. It has a lot of vitamin B, too. It will make you gain

weight in a week. Either buy at pharmacies, as supplement, or in any

place which specializes in brewing. Three pills a day/three tablespoons a day - depends on the product, and you are there. Good for bones and hair as well.
