  4. How long do you have? How many pounds do you have to lose? These are things that you should have placed in your question...besides that, the best thing to do is to excersise everyday religiously, it may be painful because of soreness, but you have to work through the pain, and of course eat lots of grilled food, instead of fried foods, along with salads with a home made dressing.  (dressing could be: Lemon juice, drops of olive oil, salt, and pepper) This is VERY EFFECTIVE, you just have to be determined to do so!!

  5. why, you look fine as you are and everyone's checking you out, lol. there's no quick way to loose weight effectively and healthily except surgery. if you lose weight to quickly, when start eating normally, you gain it all back. you need to start by thinking positive about your body, cutting back calories and doing exercises. the weight will just drop off

    Diet Pills are not the answer, find out what your BMI {body mass Index}. Reduce your calories.

    This works for me reduce your calories, eat smaller portions, snack through out the day, no junk food. nothing after 6:00pm and, always eat breakfast.

    A diet should be healthy, I'm no health expert, but this works for me.  Determination, will power, research, do it the right way the wrong way just adds more pounds.

  8. How quick are you talking and how much weight? The best way, for me anyway, is to not finish what's on my plate and cut down on drinking soda and change what type of snack I eat. I love chips and cookies. If I want to lose some weight, I would eat popcorn or pretzels instead of chips. I still get the salty taste that I love. I also stop eating after a certain time...mine is 7 pm. I will not eat anything...unless it's some left over salad or fruits or something very small in portion.

    Try not to skip breakfast but cut down on lunch and dinner. Eating smaller portions throughout the day really helps. Like I never skip breakfast. Then I'll eat part of my lunch....like half of sandwich at mid-morning...then I eat the rest of my lunch in the afternoon. I do the same thing with dinner. I won't eat everything on my plate...I'll save whatever is left on my plate for lunch or dinner the next day. Also, listen to your tummy. If you're not really hungry but you're eating because the food is there or you're simply bored, don't do it. I've been like this for as long as I can remember and my weight has never gone above 120 lbs. and I am 5' 4" tall.

    I ******* hate when fat people complain about people calling them fat.  Who's fault is it you're fat? I think if someone is fat, you should be able to acknowledge it without anyone getting offended.  You should realize, "Woah, I'm overweight. And it's 100% my fault.  Yes, this guy just called me fat. But it's A-Ok, because I am fat."  So yeah, do everyone a favor and don't ever complain about people calling you fat.  You are fat.
