well ive been injured for the past few weeks fractured finger, knee problems, hurt my back, its been a bad month. well anyways im in volleyball and im out for 2 weeks cuz of my finger and til god knows when cuz of my knees. everyone is in such good shape, and when i come back who knows how bad ill be cuz i havent practiced in over a week!! i cant run, jump, bend my knees, or use my right hand. how am i supposed to get in shape?
