i play soccer. i have a big game coming up in one week. Last year i was really good at running but this year i cant run at all. my heart burns and my leg. how do i get back to shape in one week?

  1. Well, thst'a kind of difficult- it depends on what you have been doing, how old you are, and any kind of medicine you are on. If you are on a med. with side effects that match your problem- that would be what is wrong. I have played soccer and run track enough to know it is virtually impossible to get in shape in a week. you can however get better. you might want to try going to a local pool and working out. It doesnt put as much strain on you but you still get a workout. now is not the time to get help- but you cant run that hard before the game- it strains your mucles. Do some long, but easy jogs, slowing down to a walk if it is too hard. That is about all you can do.
