I have been friends with a girl since 4th grade(we are now sophomores). I have always liked her, she has never admitted her she likes, so I have never told her that I like her. She can't date until she turns 16(next MAY). Should I tell her that I like her now or wait until then. I don't want to wait too long and have it be too late. We text all the time, and talk once in a while. She isn't a girly girl BTW. I don't know what to do, I don't want it to be too late for us to have a chance. Any suggestions?

  1. I would tell her that you like her and you know she can't date but your willing to wait for her to be able too and you just enjoy hanging out with her until then.  It will be good also that you are showing your willing to wait for her and respect the rules that others have set for her, its setting a good example.

  2. Tell her how you feel. I mean she most likely already knows ( we girls are good at that kind of thing.) So I doubt she is going to be all shocked. Also if she does already know that you like her then she has thought about if she likes you, and I am sure she does! If she doesn't talk to you about other guys she likes or who she can't wait to date in May then I am sure she has the hots for you! Plus its always good to date someone you know that way nothing is a shock to you. Good Luck

Ps. let me know how it goes!

  3. do it NOW!!!!!!!!!!

  4. Yes you should. Don't be sappy about it, just a simple " I like you and want to go out with you" should do it. If you wait around you may miss out on dating a great girl and will kick yourself for it for the rest of your life. You don't want to wake up some day and find you have become a lonely old man, living in a house full of smelly cats, telling them " If I had only asked here out back in 2008". Do it now!

  5. Some girls, like me, just want to date when they turn sixteen instead of getting a steady boyfriend right away. If this is the case with her, then you can wait till she turns sixteen and ask her on a date. If you are friends to start with, it will be even easier to ask her. Take her somewhere fun where you can talk and get to know eachother even more and what is going on in eachother's lives. If you don't want it to be uncomfortable or awkward on a first date, go on a double date. If it seems like she is enjoying herself you can always take her on another date and see where things end up in the end.

  6. you should tell her and if she has a good reaction you could also tell her that you'll wait till she date age

  7. Tell her.

And you can either date secretly for a while or just wait.

At least this way you know that she won't go for someone else while you're waiting to ask her out.

  8. you should definitely tell her that you like her, because someone might get to her before you do.

  9. you should tell her now, by the time she turns 16 it might be too late. theres no time like the present.
